What's the 220V 240V neon rope light

220V 240V neon rope light is high voltage strip with related power cord to connect the utility power directly. It becomes very popular in the home decor our commercial decoration lighting, facade lighting or landscape lighting indoor and outdoor.

Flexible LED neon strip is produced with LED strip +outer high transparency PVC materials to emit uniform linear lighting . But it is not 100% real "neon" but  just get the close lighting performance as  "neon" lighting.

How to install the 220V 240V neon rope light?

Step 1: Cut the  desired Length

The first step  is to cut it to the desired length. Use a sharp pair of scissors to cut the strip along the designated cut lines. But please note that the length is based on the connector power.

Step2: Select the correct power cord connector

For example, 4A connector can work 10m length, while 8A connecotr can do maximum 30meters.

If you need longer, the higher power connector is needed.

And the single color strip, multicolor strip and RGB, RGB IC need various connectors. Please do consult with our service team for more details.

Meanwhile, there are a variet of connector terminals matched for different styles. So please make sure the strips style and select the correct terminals.

Step 3: Connect the Power cord connector to the 220V 240V Neon Rope Light

 After cutting the 220V 240V Neon Rope Light to the required length, attach the power adapter to one end of the strip. Be sure to match the "+" and "-" polarity of the strip to the adapter's input.

Step 4: Test the 220V 240V Neon Rope Light

  Testing is very important for the high voltage strips. Make sure it is power off when you connecting it. Then lug it in and observe the lights for any irregularities or dimly lit areas. If everything seems good, you can proceed with the installation.

Step 5: Install the 220V 240V Neon Rope Light

Finally, install the neon strip in the desired location.  Be sure to mount it with the correct polarity orientation with related clips or brackets.
